March 11th Chef's Table Event
Join us on Saturday, March 11th as chef Jeffrey Zervas and chef Dustin Tomasetti take you through a six-course culinary experience highlighting their skills and passions, complete with expert cocktail pairings.
Dustin has held the title of executive chef at Pickwick Restaurant & Pub in Duluth, MN since 2010. Since childhood, he has been surrounded by talent in the kitchen, which has inspired him push the envelope on trying new flavors, waking up the palate, and adding excitement to dishes. He considers himself “pretty private” when it comes to cooking and sharing, so we are thrilled that he agreed to join forces with chef Jeff Zervas to host this memorable event. Dustin adds, “Chef Zervas is on the short list of people I would collaborate or do an event with—he is a phenomenal chef and has been a great friend also. If I lived anywhere near, I wouldn’t want to miss this one!”
