We believe every position at Cantilever is equally important. No job is beneath any person or position. Anyone may be asked to do tasks such as take out the garbage or clean the bathrooms. All staff will be cross-trained.
Currently, we are seeking applicants who are ready to work year-round. Due to the nature of our business, applicants must be legal to work in the United States of America and be at least 18 years of age to apply. Additionally, we want our bartenders to speak passionately and be knowledgeable about the cocktails they've crafted. As such, bartenders must be of legal drinking age. Ready to get on board?
