Made with homemade Gingerbread Syrup and Cantilever Juniperus Gin, this fun holiday cocktail is just what the adults ordered.
Gingerbread Syrup
The perfect combination of sweet and spicy that tastes just like the holidays!
Note: Monin and Torn also make a delicious gingerbread syrup to use as a substitute in the Gingerbread Latte Gin Martini.
1/4 Cup Brown Sugar
1/2 Cup Granulated Sugar
3/4 Cup Water
3 Tablespoons Molasses
1 Teaspoon Ground Ginger
.5 Teaspoon Ground Cinnamon
1 Teaspoon Vanilla Extract
Bring all ingredients to a simmer to make a simple syrup and allow to cool.

Your new favorite Christmas cocktail to enjoy with friends and family at your next holiday party!
1.5 Ounces Juniperus Gin
.5 Ounces Gingerbread Syrup (recipe above)
.5 Ounces Coffee Liqueur
1 Ounce Espresso
Shake ingredients with ice and pour into Martini Glass. Top with heavy cream froth (1 oz cream shaken without ice) and sprinkle with nutmeg.
