Meet our new chef, Jeff Zervas! ✨
His background comes from places such as Lake Avenue Restaurant in Duluth, MN and multiple Fox Restaurant Concepts, including Culinary Dropout, Little Cleo’s and Modern Steak. He has a passion for cooking multicultural dishes and working with local farmers to bring their products to the table. We are excited to introduce Chef’s Table: Jeff’s monthly dinner series at Cantilever Distillery. We are kicking off this series with our New Year’s Eve Dinner this Saturday, December 31st. These tasting menu dinners will be a stage for our guests to bring you new products, new techniques and new dishes–all while reinventing the classics at the same time. We would like to extend our kitchen and invite you all to join us to explore his creative passions and gain education and excitement about new styles of dishes, while still being familiar to the Midwest roots of his cooking.
